Data

The ASNR currently contains 1,196 networks from 92 species across 8 taxonomic classes. Drawing from both systematic literature review of open data sources and user contributions, it continues to grow. Each network is available in the GitHub repository as a GraphML file. Metadata, including species, interaction type, geographic location, time span, number of components, network density, average degree, transitivity, and more are also available.

All datasets in this repository were made publicly available in other data repositories. You will find a link to the original source of the network and the study from which the data was collected. We will add the original license for each dataset soon.

The ASNR's structure, metadata, curation, and documentation are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0; individual datasets retain their original licenses.
